If you are a NECA contractor to the 9th District Northern California/Northern Nevada Labor Agreement for Sound and Communications workers or would like to become one, this section is for you. It will provide you with information and news about the Sound and Communications Committee of the Northern California LMCC, which is comprised of representatives from the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). It will also give you an overview of the state of the Sound and Communications industry in the 9th District and offer helpful tools to make your job easier.
