| About LMCC The Labor Management Cooperation Committee of Northern California & Northern Nevada (The 9th District of the National LMCC) is a collaboration between management and labor to promote the Sound and Communications sector of the electrical industry. Management is represented by signatory contractors who belong to NECA (The National Electrical Contractors Association). Labor is represented by IBEW (The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers). The Sound and Communications Committee of the Northern California LMCC works with NECA and IBEW to promote the growing Sound and Communications Industry. Heightened visibility for the Sound and Communications industry is important to succeed in the present climate of competition and rapid technological advancement that confronts us in Northern California.
